Archived records about the house, which is a protected cultural monument, date back to the 16th century and findings from recent excavations indicate that a Roman workshop – Fabrica was standing on the very site of the present hotel.
Characterised by elegant furnishing and interior decoration, the hotel is located in the very centre of the historic old part of Ljubljana under the castle hill on a peaceful and romantic square, yet amid of the tourist attractions, restaurants, pubs and shops. With a still and quiet yet cosy and domestic atmosphere, the antique house has selectively furnished rooms, which are large and highly comfortable, some with a terrace, all of the rooms have a beautiful view over the Gornji trg square or Ljubljana's castle.
Walking routes up to the Ljubljana Castle and along the Ljubljanica river, ideal for morning or evening recreation are few steps away.

	How to get there

From the A2 highway take the Ljubljana centre exit and follow the centre direction. After the 7th set of lights turn right and follow the direction to Zagreb. Just in front of the 4th set of lights turn left, continue for another 100 m until the pedestrian area, where you will see the Antiq house to your right hand side.

Double-bed apartment, in overall size of 10,3 square meters. Bathroom and WC are situated separately from the room, across the corridor, but only this rooms accomodants can use them. It is situated in first floor with a view over the hotel atrium. The apartment equipment includes: cable TV, telephone and a minibar. Accommodation for 2 persons at most.
